


Counselor: Work directly with campers 24 hours a day,
maintaining a positive and Christ-like attitude. Responsible
for the implementation of programming, camper safety, and
facilitating a positive camping experience for their “cabin group”. Must be at least 18-years old.
Assistant Counselor: Work closely with head counselor to care for campers and carry out programming. Must be at least 17-years-old.
Leadership Hill/Adventure Specialist: Serve in two roles as leader in our two-week adventure program for teenagers for half of the summer and running the archery, rock wall, outdoor living skills challenge course and canoe trips for our younger campers the other half. Must be at least 18-years-old.
Arts & Craft Specialist: Create a positive atmosphere where campers can express themselves through various art activities and craft projects. Over see the hobby house. Experience with painting crafts and clay useful.
Counselor in Training (CIT): For 16-year-olds interested in working at camp, the CIT program is designed to train and equip future staff in a 5-week program.
CIT Specialist: Will oversee, implement and lead our CIT program designed to train 16-year-olds who are eater to serve as counselors in the future. Responsible for the daily operations of the CIT house. must be at least 21-years-old.
Dance Specialist: Lead dance lessons daily in a variety of genres of dance. Prepare weekly performances for camp wide programs. Seeing an experienced dancer with high energy.
Farm Specialist: Help kids take care of and interact with farm animals. Oversee the daily operation of the camp farm. Experience with animals necessary.
Lead Cook: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, coordinate kitchen staff schedule, and make weekly orders. Cooking experience required
Music Specialist: Lead Programs that expose and educate campers about a variety of music genres. Orchestrate evening music programs and daily chapel Worship services.
Nature Specialist: Lead campers through meaningful lessons about our environment using creative methods like “swamp stomps” and “river walks”. Oversee the daily operations of the nature house.
Nurse Assistant: Work closely with camp nurse to meet minor medical needs, administer medications and arrange doctor appointments. Designed for nursing school students.
Waterfront Specialist: Oversee the waterfront and pool. Help coordinate swim lessons and oversee lifeguards. Must be WSI certified.
Assistant to the Director: Assist the Director with the daily operations of camp and its programs. Implement a discipleship program for all support staff. Responsible for the Support Staff House.
Support Staff: Work in the kitchen or in maintenance serving “behind the scenes” and enabling Camp to function at its best.
Unit Leader: Work closely with the director to oversee counselors. Create and run weekly activities for units. Support, encourage and direct counselors as needed.
